Certificate of Occupancy

Once your commercial project has been constructed and all inspections completed, you will receive a Certificate of Occupancy.

This may take several weeks to complete , as we need to collect reports from a number of agencies before the permit case can be finaled out and a certificate issued. The Yellow Job jacket showing all final signatures serves as your C of O until one is received in the mail.

Please note that Residential permits do not  receive a Certificate of Occupancy.

Temporary Certificate of Occupancy 

We do grant a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in some instances. See form below.
